Pros

Teenage Ghost Punk is a fun family-oriented paranormal film. The film has a beautiful plot and interesting characters. Once it gets going, it captures the viewer.

The diversity of the haunters was a very nice touch. These ghosts remained trapped in time. From the 1700’s, 1800’s, and 1900’s each period coincided with their life and deaths. This was a great idea that could have seen an expansion with the potential to be more.

The practical effects were good with a focus on the group of haunters. The different wardrobes and personalities fit right in with their specific time eras.

Cons

Teenage Ghost Punk is not scary by any means. The special effects were a little mediocre. It’s on the same level as Goosebumps.

The progression between time periods and character backstories could have been better. The film lacked visual presenting the time and era. This is where the special effects sort of fall through the cracks.

In Conclusion

Mike Cramer does an exceptionally good job at this story. He mixes in the past, present, and a hint of the future to create a stunning timepiece that will intrigue the viewer.
