Slice Of Fright Film Fest Details


A Slice Of Fright Film Festival by CinemaSlice is a showcase of short Horror films. They are in search of the creepiest, most twisted and terrifying short films out there. The top 13 entries will play at the Slice of Fright Film Festival on Oct 13 in Bay City, MI at the historic State Theatre, and will receive a written review on Cinema Slice. The top 3 script entries will also be reviewed on Cinema Slice

Doors open at 5:00 pm and the first short film begins at 6:00 pm. The deadline to submit screenplay entries is September 21, 2018, at noon.

In addition to the 13 short horror films, also showcased the world premiere of the feature-length docu-thriller, The Monster with 21 Faces. After the film entertainment, there will be exclusive merchandise, door prizes, raffles, costume contest, afterparty, and other Halloween theme CinemaSlice, A Slice Of Fright Film Festival

The “creepiest, most twisted and terrifying” films. There is a request you don’t hear often in Horror cinema, coming from many avenues such as this. It is great that CinemaSlice is seeking this voice of inspiring filmmakers as there is a strong desire for work of this nature. Also, bringing it out to the open public eye and not just underground is exciting. Giving the aficionados of this arena the chance to shine in this limelight.
