Eytan Rockaway Director of “The Abandoned”

Eytan Rockaway’s recent achievement is his directorial debut both in film and within the horror genre. In 2015 his feature,”The Abandoned” (previously titled “The Confines”) had its world premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival.

Ken Artuz, Founder and Editor of Decaymag.com had the pleasure to interview Eytan Rockaway. The session conducted on the 7th of January 2016 touched on his upcoming film “The Abandoned”, his views on the horror genre, and his career forecast. Also revealed are his favorite New York City sports team. He also confirms that New York City has the best pizza around.

Take a terrifying plunge into the warped mind of a disturbed young woman. Desperate to get her life back on track, the unstable Streak takes a job as a security guard, working the graveyard shift at a once upscale, now abandoned apartment complex. But on her first night on duty, she discovers a horrifying presence lurking deep within the bowels of the decaying building. With her nerves already on edge, Streak must confront demons both real and imagined as she struggles to keep a grip on her sanity.
