Synopsis:

“V/H/S”: A POV, found footage horror film from the perspective of America’s top genre filmmakers. A group of misfits are hired by an unknown third party to burglarize a desolate house in the countryside and acquire a rare tape. Upon searching the house, the guys are confronted with a dead body, a hub of old televisions and an endless supply of cryptic footage, each video stranger than the last.

Fun Fact: The brick house the three guys break into where all the VHS tapes are located is the same house from “Marble Hornets” (A Found footage web series on YouTube that popularized Slender Man).

Of all the “V/H/S” films, “V/H/S: Viral” has to be my favorite. I especially love the first sequence; of the magician Larry and that mysterious cloak. Like, the cloak is actually killing people. “IT’S ALIVE!!!!” I screamed to myself as I watched it.

And, don’t let me get started on the second sequence; with the aliens, or whatever the heck they were. “What the heck is coming out of her….yeah.” I am “dead” as people say nowadays.

Fun Fact: Rob Zombie was set to direct “V/H/S: Viral”, but couldn’t agree with the studio on how the story should proceed, so he stepped down.
