Pros:

The location of the film was proper. I liked the work on the mask of the mummy and costume design for the Aztec rituals. Some of the special effects were properly done.Yet, only a few had a better impact. I thought it was interesting that the setting was in America and it was the mummy of an Aztec god. I would have appreciated more background on who this mummy was. There were blood and guts; in some scenes, it was displayed nicely!

Cons:

Unfortunately, this film had more cons than pros. First, the movie poster doesn’t even match the movie and I find that to be a huge problem. The performances in this film are mediocre and sometimes even hard to follow with. The fact that people were turning into zombies was very confusing. I would have liked more background knowledge as to why this is. The score was “cheesy” at times and did not match well with the film.

In conclusion:

The film was not well directed and performed.
