When Ryan (portrayed by Michael Nardelli), a nice young man befriends the eldest sister, Jenny (portrayed by Jessica Rothe), the middle sister, Sarah (portrayed by Anna Winters) becomes paranoid and hostile towards him.

After finally getting in their good graces, the man and his crew comes takes the sisters hostage. They pay particular attention to the youngest sister, who they believe to be ill with evil forces

Pros

The Tribe is a good idea and has potential. Films revolving around the end of the world are always interesting. World disasters are themes that provide action and intensity. These films also trigger all sorts of emotions from audiences. The Tribe does exactly this when you watch it.

Shih gives the viewer a sense of hope for the sisters. An adrenaline rush of anxiety unfolds when strangers bombard them. The unwanted company ends up tearing up the sister’s already, complicated life.

Cons

The concept for The Tribe is good. Yet, the execution could have been much better. The trailer for the film leaves you with high expectations that it will be full of action and suspense. The film itself drags during the majority of the time. The most exciting scene takes place much closer to the end.
