When a repressed 1950s housewife is left alone by her philandering husband, she makes a horrifying discovery about the noises in the house that are coming from the walls.

After a successful circulation in the 2017 film festival calendar year Scratch is now available online to the general public. The video made its debut yesterday February 14th, 2018 via the Women In Horror’s Film Festival Facebook page. Writer Helen Shang delivers themes of betrayal and heartbreak in this fourteen-minute Horror short. The move to release Scratch on Valentine’s Day is a hint of a dark sense of humor or perhaps a blunt force trauma for believers fairytale happy ending.

Scratch is one of the many female-driven productions screened at the 2017 Women in Horror Film Festival.
