On a desolate stretch of desert highway, weary travelers—two men on the run from their past, a band on their way to the next gig, a man struggling to get home, a brother in search of his long-lost sister and a family on vacation—are forced to confront their worst fears and darkest secrets in these interwoven tales of terror and remorse on the open road.

Overview: Southbound“Southbound” ill entice fans of the Horror anthology sub-genre. The upcoming production is courtesy of ]the creative team behind the “VHS” film franchise. “Southbound” will feature five stories, a desolate stretch of road is the central concept. In 2015 “Southbound” had a world premier screening at the Toronto International Film Festival. A screening at Fantastic Fest followed thereafter. The film will be available to the general public next month!

In anticipation for next month’s release a trailer unveiled earlier today. The video offers a glimpse on what we’re to indulge in. Running in under three minutes, the presentation summarizes the frighting story line. We’re introduced to several of the key characters to the film. The five stories featured in“Southbound” will include; criminals on the lam, A trio of female musicians, a lone traveler, a man searching for a loved one and an innocent family.
