Years it has waited, now someone’s moved in. Through the eyes of the evil within we witness a broken family desperately seeking a new beginning, in a new home, but this house lives, watches and wants them to stay-FOREVER. James Kondelik, Jon Kondelik Behind The Walls

Behind The Walls is currently in post-production. Dual Visions; James and Jon Kondelik collaborated on writing and directorial duties. The film is a Roaming Elephant Productions.

The haunted house theme presented in Behind the Walls focuses on the perspective of the house. Often, the core Behind the Walls lies on the occupants as most films of this variety are. This alone makes it stand apart as original.

I am excited for a new film from The Kondelik Brothers. They always bring intense films to the genre.

Their pitches are amongst some of the most creative and original. The Kondelik Brothers offer a breath of fresh air. Their Imaginations are a class away from the standard ho-hums. James Kondelik, Jon Kondelik Behind The Walls

Trailer Summary

“What is behind the walls?” The trailer to Behind The Walls is intense, just as I expect it to be coming from The Kondelik Brothers.

The Kondelik Brothers are notable for Blood Brothers (The Divine Tragedies), All Hallow’s Eve 2, and Beyond The Gates.

From the first sequence of the trailer, Behind The Walls pulls you in. We witness a young boy getting abducted and placed into an oven. His parents try to free him from captivity. A woman jumps from her sleep, indicating that it was all a bad dream.

Fast-forward to a family moving into a new home. But the house is dark and eerie. Then a sequence of clips shows the family in an intense struggle. Perhaps Supernatural dwellings. Perhaps demonic evil entities and demonic possession. James Kondelik, Jon Kondelik Behind The Walls

From the viewpoint of the synopsis, Behind The Walls centers on a house that is “alive”.  The abode waits for its next occupants, its soon-to-be victims. The trailer suggests spirits, evil entities, or demons own the house.

A release date has not yet been announced. Stay tuned for updates.
