Let me know if you find it
The promotional clip titled Let me know if you find it offers a somewhat awkward act from the film. Presented were two characters that appear to reunite under unfavorable circumstances. Audiences are left guessing who these people are and what’s the business of their mutual exchange. This scene presents nothing to tie into the overall theme for Hank Boyd Is Dead. It doesn’t attract much with suspense either.
On the opposite face of the coin, what’s obvious in this clip is the peculiar character interactions. Of course, a B-movie aesthetic becomes a major significance. The clips also bestow upon the viewer an impression of the cinematography and camera technique. Dictated visuals draw on a simplistic appeal to filmmaking. The conversation between the two characters was presented with a forward-facing angle. Not the usual over the shoulder approach most are accustomed to with dual character interaction.
This particular clip focuses on an emotional element of the film Hank Boyd Is Dead. A woman hears strange sounds within an otherwise empty abode. The infuriating thing about this picture is the woman wanting to know if somebody is around doing these noises. her repeated inquiry is transformed into the most annoying situation found in many Horror films. The young woman gives her movements away as she moves toward the root of the sound, why?
In any case, the clip is successful with eeriness and apprehension. It is only a matter of observing the film in its entirety to determine if Horror characteristics are acquainted with.
