Inoperable is a high-paced action film that follows Amy Barrett. She wakes up in a hospital where people have been both evacuated due to an upcoming hurricane, but also patients are stranded there, as they are forbidden to leave by the hospital staff. One thing that seems certain; if you die while inside of the hospital, you can never leave.
This is quite an interesting concept. There seems to be a Supernatural twist to it. If you die there, either you become the un-dead or your spirit gets trapped there forever. In any case, this invigorating twist circulate high on the psychological path. The hospital staff are influenced heavily with devious natures. Dark secrets are revealed and sinister events pursue.
Inoperable looks like a solid production built around dark supernatural and psychological themes. An invigorating concept with great practical and special effects. Dramatic theatrical sounds intensifies the experience. The cast soars with great performances. Danielle Harris is a great actress. Known for her appearances in the Halloween franchise, Hatchet II and III, and See No Evil II.
