The Horror Anthology is written and directed by an ensemble crew of filmmakers and writers from around the globe, including Danny Draven and Barry Jay, who are the masterminds of the anthology.
The main cast of Patient Seven includes Michael Ironside, Jack Plotnick, Grace Van Dien, Drew Fonteiro, William Mark McCullough, Anna Rose Moore, Daniel Lench, Rane Jameson, Amanda Graeff, and Sirry Jons.
The official trailer for Patient Seven was released on August 4th. The anthology series segments include The Body, Undying Love, The Sleeping Pot, Death Scenes, Evaded, The Visitant, and Banishing.
Terror Films has also shared five new additions to the Patient Seven anthology: Get The Noose, I Wouldn’t Mess With This One Doc, John Doe, Where’s My Bloody Shovel?, and Scavenging.
An anthology of award-winning short films from a lineup of filmmakers, Patient Seven produces some of the darkest, psychological films to date, and at just the right time.
Anthology films are on the rise in the Horror circuit, as audiences lean towards short films to produce temporary scares.
On top of that, short films are becoming the new platform of terror, as filmmakers of short films provoke a sense of nervousness, tension, and psychological terror, some within just a matter of a few minutes.
They tend to be more successful than feature films a lot of times in regards to their delivery of scares.
The following clips from the newest addition of Patient Seven promo clips are prime examples of this. Filled with darkness, the anthology looks to be a prime advocate of psychological terror.
Patient Seven will have a limited release on Redbox. It will also release on the following platforms:
- Amazon Prime
- Amazon Instant
- Cable Video On Demand
- Vimeo On Demand
- Google Play
- Xbox Live
