The project began as a no-budget home movie – a parody of the major motion picture, Scream. Out of that satire, an original character was born and soon another no-budget film was created.

20 years later Edward Ellsworth & Benjamin J. Kreger co-created and wrote a comic book based on the character. They released the prelude, The Black Suit of Death: Ides of March, at the 2011 Emerald City ComiCon. After some struggle to get the project accepted by the public and fully funded through Kickstarter, it finally succeeded.

The team is taking to Kickstarter again for the second issue in Black Suit of Death to raise funds to cover the cost of art and production. Pledges start at $6 and go upward to $279. The highest pledge entitles you to rewards, including

Original Page Art by Dexter Wee.
