Damien Teaser Trailer is Nostalgic Horror
Damien, is the latest supernatural horror drama series from American cable and satellite television channel, A&E’s. The upcoming series is also part of “The Omen” franchise. The first terrifying teaser to was made available by A&E via the tweet below:

The terrifying clip shows a woman jumping out a high-rise building window. Tension is developed by the backwards playing footage also shown in slow-motion. The execution is truly not original in execution at all and is reminiscent the trailer to “Dead Island”
“Damien, it’s all for you,” were the final words from the suicidal woman before (or after depending on how you look at it) leaping to her death. The quote is from the first entry to the franchise, “The Omen” released in 1976. In the film a young nanny jumps off a building and hangs herself after saying those very same words.
“Damien” was originally scheduled for broadcast on August 25, 2014 via Lifetime on but on April 29, 2015 the project found its way unto A&E’s. The supernatural series drama stars Barbara Hershey, Omid Abtahi, Megalyn Echikunwoke, David Meunier, and Bradley James as the Antichrist. “Damien” delves into his life as an adult and will be forced to come to terms with his true identity in the face of the satanic forces around him. Series executive producer, Glen Mazzara in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter shared some insight on the plot. He States:
We see the series as a sequel to that original movie. We’re not using the second and third movies as part of our bible. Fans of that first movie will also be interested in finding out where Damien’s been for those missing 25 years since the last time we saw him when he was a boy and meeting him now. We’ll definitely give fans information on where he’s been.
