Does Ken Kaneki Live or Die in S3 ?

If you’re a devote follower of “Tokyo Ghoul” Anime and Manga you must be wondering if the Season 3 confirmation of has any relation with the manga “Tokyo Ghoul: Re”. Perhaps and perhaps not. “Tokyo Ghoul: Re” has only fourty-six volumes in circulation and more to be issued in December 2015. It’ll be difficult to mirror the source material into anime format. It is also speculated that the storyline to  season 3 may be about the demise of titular character, Ken Kaneki.

In the “Tokyo Ghoul” manga, the character named; Kishou Arima slays Ken Kaneki. However, in “Tokyo Ghoul: Re” Ken Kaneki is resurrected as a new character by the by the name of Haise Sasaki, a half-ghoul assigned to join a group of CCG investigators. Of course, many have voice frustration regarding how the “Tokyo Ghoul” anime is straying away from the manga and creating a storyline of its own. Whatever the case maybe, we’re going to have to wait a long time to see how season three and the whole storyline concept will continue on the small screen.
