This is where things get interesting. The Annual D.I.C.E Summit begins on the 17th of  February 2016. The event takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scheduled to attend are Guillermo del Toro, Hideo Kojima and Norman Reedus. D.I.C.E will induct Hideo Kojima into it’s Hall of Fame.  Delivering the show’s keynote address is Guillermo Del Toro. The gaming community is waiting on baited breath for any news reveals.

Let’s not make  assumptions. The postings on social media by Norman Reedus and Hideo Kojima are baseless. The sources can’t verify that the “Silent Hills” project is greenlit. Until official announcements, these Tweets and Posts are fuel for the rumor mill.
